Walk to notice, not to conquer
These are the treks we know and lead ourselves. Each one also lives inside a longer journey, but you can walk any of them on its own. Groups of 4 to 10, led by our BMC certified guide.
Dates are released in small batches, not year round. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is opening next.
Beginner
Kukuchina, near Dwarahat
A gentle forest climb to a high meadow tied to the years the Pandavas spent in hiding. The trail passes near the Mahavatar Babaji cave, and the meadow at the top is the kind of place people stop talking without being asked.

3.5 km each way
A steady forest path from Kukuchina village. Comfortable for first time trekkers who can walk a few hours.
Getting there
About 1.5 hours from Ranikhet

Into the Quiet
This trail is the final day of our beginner journey.
Intermediate
Near Kausani
A climb through oak and rhododendron to a temple ridge at 2,750 metres. The clouds usually arrive before you do, and on a clear day the high Himalaya stands in a line across the north.

5 km each way
A sustained climb. You should be comfortable walking uphill for a few hours at altitude.
Altitude
2,750 metres
High enough to feel it. We walk slowly on purpose.

Where the Clouds Rest
This trail is the final day of our intermediate journey, with a night near Kausani.
Challenging
Almora district
The highest peak in its range, and the hardest walking we offer. The trek is usually taken over two days with a night in camp on the mountain. It asks for fitness and gives back a sky you will not forget.

A full two day trek
Long distances and real climbs. For fit, experienced walkers. We will talk honestly with you about readiness before confirming.
Camp
One night on the mountain
Camping equipment is included. The night sky from camp is half the reason to come.

The Seeker's Ridge
This trek is the heart of our challenging journey.
